- Be respectful of guests and the community. This is a creative live-work community and we believe in loving our neighbors. This includes being mindful of noise levels, respecting personal space, and refraining from disruptive behavior.
- Nurture Neatness: A tidy space is a happy space. Please be attentive to cleanliness by tidying up after yourself, properly disposing of trash, and keeping personal belongings in their designated areas.
- Share Spaces Thoughtfully: Our shared areas are for everyone's enjoyment. This entails responsibly using shared equipment, maintaining considerate noise levels, and ensuring that the spaces remain clean for all to enjoy.
- Adhere to Policies: Uphold our community policies with integrity. These encompass security procedures, noise and smoking regulations, and a steadfast commitment to preventing harassment and discrimination.
We hold the right to kindly request the departure of members who do not adhere to these guidelines. Your cooperation is deeply appreciated.
- No outside food or drinks in the workspace. This can help to prevent spills and messes.
- No pets allowed. This is for the safety of both the animals and the members.
- Quiet hours. This is a time when members are expected to be quiet and respectful of others.
- No smoking or vaping. This is for the health and safety of everyone.
- No alcohol or drugs. This is a professional , and we do not allow the use of alcohol or drugs.
